Cons:
- the area is not that great.
- management takes way too long to fix things. They have not fixed essentials such as malfunctioning door handles.

Lived here for 8 years, went through multiple building owners
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived in this building for 8 years so saw it through a lot of different building management companies, which were all different. But overall, I loved the building. I can't necessarily speak to the current landlords, but the location is amazing (close to lots of trains, buses, and the park, museum, botanic gardens, etc) and the building is very well maintained.
Cons:
There's really not much to complain about here -- I guess Washington Avenue isn't the quietest street because buses go down it and it's two-way. But I wasn't that bothered by it. Also, the elevator is out of order every now and then. There's also a laundry room that could be better maintained, but I think they care about it less these days because the newer units have in-unit Washer Dryers. Which, of course mean, the tenants (aka rent-stabilized, older folks who have been there forever) get the short end of the stick.
Advice to owner:
Don't forget about the tenants who have been there for a long time and don't have washer/dryers in their units in regards to the laundry room. And focus on elevator maintenance because I knew a lot of older tenants on the upper floors :)

Modern renovation but poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The unit was newly renovated and the layout was amazing with washer dryer and balcony
Cons:
Had issues with mice and did not get help for a whole week - there had been an unfinished hole in the wall behind the dishwasher and letting in mice. Had to clean apartment on my own and stay in a hotel until an exterminator could come. The super also barely responded to any requests.
Advice to owner:
Get a better super and better construction to make sure units are safe and finished before letting residents live.

Great location, recently rebranded
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bright and clean lobby
Cons:
Difficult to get repairs done in a timely manner. May take a bit of persistence.
