Don't live here. You deserve better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Looks nice inside, I guess
Cons:
Management will gaslight you and attempt to not follow basic tenant law. They will attempt to nickel and dime you at every chance, they will never make repairs until you call 311. Utilities can go over 600$ a month due to shoddy insulation. There are homeless people on the stoop every day due to the shelter across the street. They don't even care if the lock on your unit's front door works. Communicating with management is worse than your ex, due to the astronomical amount of gaslighting they do.
Advice to owner:
You should be embarassed to own this property and behave the way you to do tenants who give you income.
