Pros:
I like the location and the upkeep of the building in terms of the lobby being clean and the trash being managed well
Cons:
Really rude super. If you request maintenance they never confirm with you or keep you updated on when the person will come. They just show up unannounced. We have had water pressure issues for 6 months where the water will just turn off or be very low. Nothing has been solved despite three or four plumbers being sent. No offer of rent reduction either. The windows let in every single street sound.
Advice to owner:
If you can’t take care of an apartment without hiring a subpar management company, do us all a favor and sell your apartment to someone who can
