Mice and roaches

Pros:
Laundry was new
Cons:
Infested with nice. Contacted the owner about it many and the super just gave me some glue traps. Once the super just told me there shouldn't be any mice because he didn't find any holes - meanwhile I saw mice and mice droppings regularly even though we never left food out and cleaned regularly.
Advice to owner:
Get real pest control for the whole building

Pros:
IBEC Living is hands-down the best corporate landlord I've had in NY. They're helpful and responsive. In particular, Gracie at the office is fantastic. The apartments at 1307 are clean, well-renovated, and well-maintained.
Cons:
It's a loud block, so expect noise if you're on a lower floor or face the street.
