Terrible, unresponsive management

Pros:
Neighbors were friendly and communicative, first floor apartment has access to a nice backyard.
Cons:
Basement flooded with sewage multiple times while living there, management was unresponsive to issues and threatening when asking basic questions about lease terms.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your property proactively and treat tenants with dignity.
