    Quiet inside the apartment. Great location.
    Cons:
    Takes forever to get things fixed. And things break often.

    The rats, the roaches, the million HPD violations, the harassment from Zev, abuse of other tenants, broken front door, trash and debris in the yard, cheap fixtures and installations...
