Pros:
The neighbours were okay, it has a big living room with a shared kitchen. Also, there's access to the roof which is nice. The cleaners are nice people!
Cons:
If you're on the top floor, the roof gonna leak several times a year, trust me. We had mice and cockroaches, I'm not sure if the management company did something about it cuz I moved out. There's no space for people who live in 4 bedroom apartments, and you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing. Anyone can access the building if they know the code, we were robbed 2 times.
