    was fine, bit cold, kinda mid.

    roof access and in building laundry
    Cons:
    our unit was pretty cold all the time and the laundromat machines constantly broke

    better laundry management

    All Year Management is Extremely Professional

    Pros:
    Thick walls, great access to grocery stores and the market within the building, quick service for apartment issues, no rent increase in 3 years.
    Cons:
    Pacific Street can feel barren at times and people will sit outside the stoop, but never a real issue.

    Good price, great location, roof access, very responsive management

    Building access code never changed; package deliveries were an issue

    Change the front door code annually

    Washing machine and dryer in basement. Nice bathrooms.

    It’s infested with mice.
