The Humble Abode
Former Tenant
Pros:
- landlord is very responsive - super on-site - well-maintained common areas - respectful neighbors - roof access - laundry - elevator
Cons:
- unit needed a major upgrade - thin walls, can hear neighbors - occasional visit from large waterbugs (roaches)
Advice to owner:
Take extra care of the super, the heart of the building a decade ago. Be better to future ones.
