Charming building in a great neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is pre-war with apartments nicely renovated and in my experience the landlord is responsive for repairs and any other concerns (they put in a camera when we started having packages being stolen). They have the common areas cleaned on a regular basis. They seem to do their very best to maintain the trash area but some tenants are better then others about neatly disposing of their trash/recyclables.
Cons:
It would be nice to have laundry in the building but what are you gonna do. I take it to the wash and fold down the street.
