Terrible landlord, not great building

Pros

Good location, respectful neighbors. Some units have nicer renovations than others. Great view from the roof

Cons

Landlord actively antagonizes tenants, super takes forever to respond, or often doesn't at all. Rats out front, cockroaches in many units. Renovations are done very poorly.

The owner is pretty accessible via email.

Cons

Mice, the live-in super cooks outside the building and you smell it all day. There is a non-resident that hangs out in the building. He’s related to someone who lives here but has a key to enter the building. Weird!
