Good apartment, not for long-term personally
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive super, most problems were solved within 2 days. Super had a team of workers which was incredibly helpful. Location is perfect.
Cons:
Neighbors on first floor had so many dogs that the first floor always stunk of dog. Also the mail area gets messy.
Advice to owner:
Establish a system for forwarding mail and start restricting pet owners 😷
