Nice building, disappointing landlord

Pros:
Building is beautiful and location is amazing.
Super is incredible and was generally the only side of management that was reliably pleasant to interface with.
Cons:
Good luck getting your security deposit back....
Energy efficiency is not great, expect high utility bills. I can't even imagine how bad now that Con Ed is jacking up rates.
Internet wiring in building is very bad, constantly had ISP techs in trying to fix internet, but the major issue is the building internal wiring is shoddy and bottlenecks the performance as a whole, so even with a very premium internet plan, zoom calls would be sketchy and video games were frustrating to play due to packet loss.
Heard rumors from previous tenants the landlord had some sexist tendencies. I won't speculate but I will say landlord responsiveness was better for my male roommate than my female roommate....
Uses an annoying app to pay for basement laundry. No wifi in the basement which made it really frustrating to connect to the machines and the app itself often had outages so you couldn't even use the machines during (@InternetOfShit). Also, it would constantly eat your digital payments somehow and the app never refunded me.
Advice to owner:
Fix the internet wiring in the building. Add a router or something in the basement so people can do their laundry. Be more responsive to tenants. Pay the super more.

Beautiful building, terrible landlords

Pros:
Beautiful building, inside kept clean
Cons:
Heat broke down in the middle of the winter and took days for landlord to respond. Very rude, takes MANY phone calla to hear back
