Pros:
The apartments are spacious.
Cons:
The landlord refuses to repair or replace anything he thinks that you the tenant should do it. Electrical is outdated a four bedroom apartment with 12 amp fuse. Still have the old screw and glass fuses in a wooden fuse box that's located in a closet, a clothing closet with cotton wrapped wires.
The windows are old and malfunctions does not close properly.

Lots of the plumbing in the building still have the old lead pipes.
Advice to owner:
Do some repairs
