Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are spacious.
Cons:
The landlord refuses to repair or replace anything he thinks that you the tenant should do it. Electrical is outdated a four bedroom apartment with 12 amp fuse. Still have the old screw and glass fuses in a wooden fuse box that's located in a closet, a clothing closet with cotton wrapped wires. The windows are old and malfunctions does not close properly.
Lots of the plumbing in the building still have the old lead pipes.
