Rent is reasonable, roof access is nice
Cons:
Landlord unresponsive, don’t get good light into common area, mice

Don’t market 3 bedrooms as 4

Pros:
Central air was a luxury, the bike room and laundry were great, the roof was wonderful
Cons:
I moved in right when they finished renovations and stayed for 4 years. It was a fairly rough block at the time, with junkies wandering around, and another resident claimed he'd been mugged coming home drunk.
Advice to owner:
Keep the bike room in order

Pros:
The apartment was pretty with exposed brick and the water pressure was good
Cons:
The heat/air was different in every room some rooms very hot and others very cold and there were mice and the landlord didn’t do anything about it
