No heat, hot water and gas during a pandemic for five months.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The original molding.
Cons:
We didn’t have heat, hot water or gas for almost five months during the pandemic. The landlords are slumlords who never answer phones or emails. The apartment has over 20 serious violations. I have never experienced a worse landlord in 25 years. The building is infested with roaches and they also refuse to hire an exterminator.
