A decent building with some flaws
Former Tenant
Pros:
A solid building where, with some notable exceptions (during construction) the hallways were kept clean and pest control came every month.
Cons:
Serious issues with the boiler/heating system that led to water hammer in the radiators that was never truly fixed by the time I vacated.
Advice to owner:
Please invest in your radiators.
