Sloppy repairs and pests

Pros:
nice neighbors, garbage well handled
Cons:
lack of heat control. not well insulated so gets really cold. unit had MANY issues when we moved in. paint job was atrocious, they would have been better off leaving the holes from the previous tenant. also some units are so cheap and others really expensive. my unit is not renovated but costs significantly more than the people next to us with same layout. ive had over 20 cockroaches since we've lived here and at one point there was a monthly exterminator but he just stopped coming?? don't recommend living here
Advice to owner:
take more pride in these units. be consistent with roach maintenance.

Neighbors in building are friendly and generally respectful. Trash was well managed and landlord was responsive to high-priority issues.
Cons:
Landlord was not responsive to lower-priority issues.
