Pros:
nice appliances, laundry in unit
Cons:
shoddily built gut reno causing heavy leaking
you’re only allowed to pay rent thru their portal, even using ach/checking a fee will be charging for them to graciously let you pay rent
light in hallway staircase was out for months which i believe is not legal
you will pay to heat up water and for a 4 bed 4 bath with laundry our avg bill for utilities was 750-1200$ a month total. Please ask them for previous utility bills as you’re allowed as a potential tenant. Management is not good and will not respond unless you reach out multiple times to ask for a fix, even then you will get rude service that will be delayed.
