Very responsive Mgmt

Pros:
the management is very quick and responsive whenever I’ve submitted a ticket for maintenance. They have never questioned or stalled on maintenance requests like leaks or moldy bathroom caulking and they regularly send an exterminator to knock on everyone’s door in case they’re needed.
Cons:
we have no thermostat controls in our apartment so we either get heating on full blast or none at all.
