Pros:
I liked some of my neighbors, and my apartment itself was pretty spacious, had natural light, and renovated not too long ago.
Cons:
Terrible management -- doesn't take responsibility for anything including their own lease violations. Multiple pest problems -- had bed bugs here, which it doesn't look like they even reported. The elevator is tiny and a hassle and always breaks, floors and walls are filthy, constantly smells like cigarette smoke because tenants smoke in the hallways or with their doors open, cockroaches all over the laundry room, many stolen packages, things stay broken for months (front door window was smashed for 6 months). Horrible experience living here.

Bugs everywhere, old building

Pros:
Apartments are large and management is responsive
Cons:
There are bugs everywhere including cockroaches, flies, even centipedes. I had a lot of maintenance issues but management responded to them. The building needs a complete renovation.

Great bones, but questionable upkeep

Great light, spacious apartment, and nice finishes. Neighbors are lovely.
Cons:
Hot water is unreliable and amenities promised months ago have not been delivered.
