Pros:
Convenient location; 24hr deli on the corner; neighbors are cool
Cons:
building is aways dirty; the lock for the main door is always broken; rats; roaches; management never fixes anything

One of the Worst Landlord in the City

It had walls.
Cons:
Front door never locked, roaches, bed bugs(look at HPD records from 2013/14), hot water issues, a leaky hallway that looks like the MoMA rain room when it storms, and a landlord who will take you to court fraudulently claiming you didn't pay rent. Promised to remodel kitchen before move in, didn't. That's where the trouble began. We didn't have a mailbox for 3 months. He also takes units off stabilization improperly, so you may be overpaying for rent if you live here. Google Scott Rosenthal - years after we moved out he evicted someone illegally and locked their dog inside the apt FOR 2 DAYS! NY Post covered it. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
