Beware of scumbag owner

Pros:
Aesthetically it’s a nice building.
Cons:
The remodel job the owner did was an absolute disaster. The place is pretty on the surface but things break constantly. There have been multiple leaks. BEWARE of water damage, the place also had visible mold when we lived there from the leaks. There’s also something terribly off about the electricity and wiring in the building. The owner ignored our repeated messages about rain causing leaks in the indoor exposed brick walls, and then proceeded to take almost $2,000 out of our security deposit to fix said walls and floors. He took advantage of us- we should have taken him to court in hindsight, we absolutely would have won. This guy is a bad person, stay away.
Advice to owner:
