Expensive for what it is
Former Tenant
Pros:
- quick response to fix things - nice renovations
Cons:
- bugs but they spray - plethora of rats out front. Have heard them squealing inside the building - noise from school next door - Owners own this building and 647. Google ‘Gway’ and ‘Cobblestone’ Management - Management seems to use high turnover to increase rental prices - Raised rent $600 after one year - hallway is rarely cleaned or painted - piles of ‘recycling’ left out front constantly - Took multiple contacts, meticulous accounting, screenshots of payments to get deposit back after 45 days
Be ready to pay a premium when moving into their properties.
