Nice renovated units, management quick to respond

The combo washer/dryer unit doesn't dry clothes

The management of the building is bad.

Pros:
Big apartments, quiet, has washing machine in apartment. The owner is somewhat accommodating.
Cons:
The super is really annoying and very sloppy. Usually takes his own sweet time when to appear to fix things. The building owner is rude and impatient to have conversations with.
