Pros:
Stabilization keeps it cheap.
Cons:
Management unhelpful. Mice and German roaches run rampant in this building. Unhelpful super.

Landlord scams tenants!!!! Lost thousands of dollars and belongings.

Pros:
Large pretty apartments BUT they’re too good to be true. Don’t move in here.
Cons:
Landlord hid knowledge of a MAJOR leak that existed prior to lease signing. Lost thousands of dollars worth of belongings. Had nowhere to live for a month. Took her to court and WON, but she scammed her way out of payment through very sketchy potentially illegal methods.
Advice to owner:
PAY ME. I never even got my security deposit back let alone the damage money.
