Quality units, unresponsive management

Pros:
The building is generally clean and neighbors a respectful.
Cons:
There are stolen packages from time to time and management doesn’t seem to care. They also have ignored a repair request for broken bathroom tiles and missing tile grout for 6 months.
Advice to owner:
Fix things in a timely manner.

Pros:
Big apartments for nyc
Cons:
Pests in units and common areas, poor at fixing problems, hot water is unreliable, laundry machines regularly out of service, elevator door sticks regularly and it isn't uncommon for the elevator to not be working at all.

Pros:
The management is very responsive.
Cons:
The basement is pretty nasty. There are huge bugs down there and nice. But it is nice to have laundry in the building.
Advice to owner:
Maybe make sure that the lights work on all the floors?

Hit or miss apartment that could be better if the owners cared more.

Pros:
HUGE apartments with high ceilings, great location near brower park, access to the A,C,2,3 and LIRR trains. Relaxed neighborhood feel.
Cons:
Negligent management. Pest issues (mice), package theft it rampant. Unit was absolutely gross before we moved in, and we had to deep clean before moving in.
UPDATE: Landlord is not returning security deposit, and I am suing in small claims court
Advice to owner:
Take more care of the units.
