Health and safety for elderly and disabled tenants.

Pros:
Their are good neighbors
Cons:
Tenants has been without gas since February 7, 2023
Building owners lie about repairs to HPD and department buildings to avoid fines.
Rat infestation for the past 5 years
Bad building and garbage maintenance
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants in a timely fashion and make sure to have licensed workers complete repairs in building

Cockroach Motel

Pros:
I have nothing good to say about this building. I moved in because it was the only thing I could afford
Cons:
Roaches everywhere - literally every morning I would go downstairs and there would be dead cockroaches in the lobby. My ceiling collapsed in several places on several occasions. Neighbors were unbelievably loud at all hours - both in their apartments and hanging outside. Very long walk to subways.
Advice to owner:
Invest in real pest control!

Pros:
Neighbors are very nice, security cameras in the lobby. Lots of natural light. Close to restaurants and bars. Resonable rent.
Cons:
Intercom system doesn't work well, showers clog. Minimum. 10 minute walk from trains.
Advice to owner:
Management is responsive and the super is the best.
