Beautiful Neighborhood and Tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful Neighborhood and Tenants. Great amenities. Very few issues
Cons:
Management is slow to response or does not always respond back in a timely manner for emergencies.
Advice to owner:
Check in with your after-hours company. They do not always follow-through. Called about a strong gas odor in building and nobody ever called back.

Historical building and spacious
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area, semi-responsive management — they work on a Sabbath schedule, spacious apartment
Cons:
Pest control came one time and only sprayed underneath the stove even though other areas took precedence. They should be spraying the whole apartment, bathroom had leaking issues that affected other tenants, toilet had clogging issues multiple times, neighbors were inconsiderate of being noisy on the roof, Mail was stolen multiple times
Advice to owner:
Be on top of repairs, even if they seem minuscule, they’re not for the people LIVING in the apartment, some communication via the office can be pointed/threatening and it’s unprofessional and unecessary

Great place rent stabilized
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management, renovated apartments
Cons:
W&D would malfunction from time to time Credit requirements encourage gentrifiers
Advice to owner:
Be more thoughtful about how your renting practices impact the composition of the neighborhood and may or may not contribute to psychological and physical displacement

Solid First Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments, nice amentiries, responsive management and quick to address building issues. Located next to a park so felt like I had a backyard.
Cons:
Garbage management was poor. Need more trash cans for the tenants. Trash gets everywhere in alley. Other tenants were messy.
Advice to owner:
Please get more trash cans so trash can go in garbage cans.
