Old Rent Stabilized Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacitious, quiet, laundry room, responsive super
Cons:
Old, unit hasn't been taken care of, shady landlord, bathroom is old and not up to code, bad water pressure, I believe they are doing illegal construction when tenants move out. The lobby needs an upgrade. Who choose this awful peach colored paint?
Advice to owner:
Take care of you buildings and your tenants will take care of their units.
