It's rent stabilized so maybe that's why the building isn't well kept

Pros:
Only 4 floor
Cons:
Roaches, neighborhood gets louder during warmer weather. Some violence. Halls are smelly at times and unclean.
Advice to owner:
please pay someone to clean up! the dreadloc super is nice and does what he can but it needs to be mopped at least once a week!
