A decent "last resort" apartment

Pros:
Neighbors were great and the units have decent noise cancelling (walls are decently thick). Maintenance is really responsive even though they barely fix anything.
Cons:
Everything else. Definitely avoid this building unless you've run out of options. And even if you have, look to stay maybe 6 months tops and then try and get out of here.

Pros:
tall ceilings, effective heat and air conditioning, easy o use locks and entry door
Cons:
there was an unhoused person living in our basement for a minute and the owner did nothing about it

Okay starter for college students

Pros:
-Nice kitchen and bathroom fixtures. -Spacious living room
-Rooftop access
-2 full bathrooms in each apartment is nice with 5 bedrooms
-Rooms are rented individually so you can apply for the specific room (helps when you need to meet specific income requirements)
-Mainentenance men come quick for repairs
-Management is pretty understanding about moving in and out
-Online rent payment system is great
-Nice neighborhood there's a lot of stores, trains and restaurants near by (within 10 min walk)
Cons:
-5 bedroom apartment with 3/5 have bad views and sunlight
-Rooms are pretty small but you can fit a twin/full and a desk if you get creative. -Laundry is in basement and machines are not good. No signal in basement so using the app for laundry is difficult.
-No elevator and there's a lot of stairs
-All apartments on right side of building so 1R,2R,3R do not get sunlight in living room because they face a brick wall. The left (1R,2R,3R) apartments get great lighting
Advice to owner:
Try and fix the laundry situation and decorate/furnish the rooftop
