No heat, electric fire, clogged plumbing- unresponsive owner

Pros:
Location was good
Cons:
Heat would go out for weeks with no response from the owner. There was an electrical fire in the building and the power was out for days. The plumbing was messed up and pasta come up into my bathtub.
Advice to owner:
Fix the heat. Fix the electric.
