Good Building Terrible Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment and its facilities (bike/laundry room), were great.
Cons:
The landlord and his office ghosted us, they wouldn't answer our questions, we essentially had no point of contact. We couldn't get our security deposit back when we left, and they wouldn't respond to our emails and blocked our numbers.
