Pros:
Love this location right in the center of it all on Franklin Ave. Close to the subway express stops. Love this neighborhood. Exposed brick is nice and kitchen common space gets soo much light
Cons:
Lack of maintenance in terms of basement laundry room and "bike storage" (not really a bike storage since ppl just use the empty space to put their bikes). Laundry machines are finicky and takes a while for management to respond / fix things since super doesn't live in building. Rooms are quite unequal in sizes.
Advice to owner:
Create better channels to communicate with super / maintenance. Add dishwasher in unit!
