No Major Complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, no major issues with pests or heat or anything like that. Central air is great, and the super is fairly responsive. Spacious backyard.
Cons:
While the backyard is nice, it could be much better maintained. The management company is virtually impossible to get ahold of, and while I've never needed to reach them about anything urgent, it would be helpful if it were easier to get in touch.

Not bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartment, central AC, renovated apartment
Cons:
The stairs were leaning, water pressure in the shower was awful, we went without heat for a month when we first moved in bc the super was an idiot (they have a new super now), keypad to the door never worked

Fine but not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
We lived in a newly renovated unit. Didn’t once see a pest.
Cons:
Management tried to gauge us on rent come leasw renewal. Upped it by $300 in May 2020. HEIGHT OF PANDEMIC like wut? Also, when it rained there would be severe flooding in the hallways and several other units. We luckily never flooded, but another tenant told us our unit had flooded the year prior. We bought insurance just in case.
We were also promised a virtual doorman at lease signing which never worked even after repeated attempts to have it fixed
