Very well run building. Landlord is very responsive

Pros:
Big apartments. Very clean and well managed building.
Cons:
No laundry in the apartment but coin-op in the basement
Advice to owner:
Install coinless laundry. Constantly going to the bank for quarters.

Beautiful Building Barbara not so much

Pros:
I loved living here for 2 years. It is a gorgeous apartment. Garbage is pretty quick, the area is kept clean. Could be renovated like the other apartments in the building.
Cons:
We had some bug issues when they renovated the apartment beneath ours, which they blamed on us, but they did fix. Barbara is kooky and not the worst landlord but she likes to argue and isn’t very attentive.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with more respect.
