Would be great without the landlord

Pros:
Relatively clean building Apartment was newly renovated
Cons:
Landlord was routinely difficult to get ahold of. What he communicated to us wasn’t always true - we were told the apartment was move-in ready then proceeded to not have a gas hookup for the first few months of our lease, with nothing but a hot plate to hold us over.

Pros:
Considerate tenant who place your packages at your door Noise level is a minimum No issues
Cons:
Trash is deplorable, the tenants here do not know or care to recycle. Trash accumulates so quickly.
Advice to owner:
Please get more trash bins.

Walk up building

Pros:
Wide stairs made for easy move in and out, responsive management and building super
Cons:
Far from subway, laundry is in the basement and you need to run the dryer twice to get the clothes to dry or run it on high heat
