It's just fine

Pros:
great location, pleasant neighbors and decent sized kitchen
Cons:
as with most rentals in NYC, it's overpriced for the quality. cheaply renovated (e.g. bathroom isn't properly sealed against water damage)

Pros:
The only pro is the park across the street and decent amount of street parking
Cons:
Dirty, a lot of pests, live-in super constantly having loud parties and music would shake the walls of apartments above, tons of cigarette smoking and hanging out in front of building door and inside the front entrance, super and building management not very responsible, landlord tried to take large amount of deposit because of poor fix jobs by his own super
Advice to owner:
Clean up and paint the outside and the lobby, get a better super, stop trying to cheat renters

- lots of roaches and mice
- some disrepair
- landlord Mr. Isack is incredibly rude
