Right across the park, very lovely doorman
Cons:
Building was dirty. Neighbors weren’t mindful to keep the area clean

Beautiful building but needs more attentive owners

it's kept clean by the building super, neighbors are respectful
Cons:
Management doesn't seem to care to effectively fix issues in the apartments when they arise
