Cute Family Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area right across from Brower Park, easily accessible to 3 and C train, and quiet clean neighbors.
Cons:
Cameras don't work, and management is slow to reply

ok, not great. nice location.
Former Tenant
Pros:
in front of a park, building superintendent is nice, rooms are spacious, utilities are decent, most things work
Cons:
incessant ice cream truck noise in the summer, unresponsive management. landlord will not fix anything unless confronted with explicit code violations. expect to perform all repairs yourself. charges for electricity and gas are passed to tenant, wifi not included, apartments stiflingly hot in summer with no AC, poorly insulated rooms.
Advice to owner:
improve communication with tenants

Four stars!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super here is awesome! Very helpful and friendly. The building itself has a ton of character and, if you face the street, beautiful views of Brower Park.
Cons:
Management has been slow to respond for concerns like package theft.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to the package theft issues.
