First floor apartment was alwasy loaded with pests

Pros:
Close to a lot of restaurants. The rent was reasonable too.
Cons:
Constant infestation of cockroaches on the first floor. We had an exterminator come quarterly but it never got better.
Advice to owner:
Review the tenants living habits - they contribute to the bugs and their continued existence in the building.

- Short walkups
- Easy garbage and recycling on bottom floor
- Cheap-er rent for the area
Cons:
- Mice infestation in winter
- Occasional cockroach
- 0 response from landlord
- Sexist landlord making inappropriate comments to women
