Pros:
Good location. Everyone in the building was pretty quiet. Rent stabilized.
Cons:
Bedbugs came in through the wall. They treated individual apartments but not the building so we ended up moving so we didn’t get them again. They didn’t take gas out of our name so we ended up paying an extra $100 for 2 months we weren’t on the lease.

Management was always a hassle to work with. Once they cashed my rent check early (the day before I got paid), they didn’t tell me the check bounced, and charged me a $50 late fee. When I asked why they didn’t tell me they said they’re “not in charge of keeping track of my finances.” Then they sent a passive aggressive letter about late fees, which said they’d tell people if their checks bounced. But they didn’t. And I still had to pay a $50 late fee.
