Pretty good but no laundry

Pros:
The building is clean, good central air, was clean when we moved in, walls were painted, kitchen is new enough, our unit gets good light
Cons:
Small kitchen, street can get loud, hallway can get loud, even though it was advertised there is mo washer or dryer, bedrooms are kind of small

Pros:
great location, lovely roof, friendly neighbors on the street, renovated interiors, all amenities functioning well.
Cons:
unresponsive owners, basement coin laundry driers nearly non-functional, insufficient bike room space for all tenants, nearly all packages were stolen as they're in full view through the front door despite cameras and pin pad system. Had to hound company to return security deposit well after 30 day mark post move-out.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants, fix the dryer, figure out a system for packages that will not result in their theft, assign bike room space.
