Pros:
There was none.
Cons:
I didn't like that I was blamed for bringing bed bugs into the premises. The management refused to take responsibility for their own building having bed bugs, and they tried to say that we brought them in. We suffered through these creatures for 8 months, and not once did they give us any sort of rent relief. It was an abomination, and one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
Advice to owner:
This was the worst apartment experience and apartment I've ever lived in within my 10 years of living here. You need some serious reflecting.
