Poorly Maintained Building, Open HP Case

Pros:
Great neighbors and neighborhood!
Cons:
Backyard is infested with rats, terrible ventilation, mold in walls, terrible insulation. Unit is supposed to be rent stabilized but was illegally destabilized by the landlord. Currently multiple suits open against building owner.
