Serious water problems!!

Pros:
The location is great and the common building spaces are kept clean. Trash is removed promptly and neatly and never caused a problem. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.
Cons:
My 2nd floor unit had SERIOUS water issues! Leaking ceilings all the time to the point where they were basically collapsing in. We tried to report it multiple times but management never really fixed it. BEWARE that it might look fine, but all they did was re-plaster the ceiling and then spray paint it. There is definitely a TON of mold growing in the ceiling and will likely have water issues again.
Advice to owner:
Actually FIX the problems in your apartments as opposed to putting a band-aid on it.
