Terrible Managament & Maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Two bathrooms and decent sized rooms
Cons:
Management was terrible at apt maintenance. Our apt always leaked into the apt below and it seemed they’d just patch it up as a temporary fix but it kept happening to the point the apt below us had a flood. And it seemed years later they still had the same issue as I got an update from tenant that took over after us.
Advice to owner:
Care about your buildings and tenants!

Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was close to the subway and Nostrand ave where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
Cons:
After moving out I kept in touch with the tenant who moved in who complained of a similar issue that our apt was causing - tremendous amounts of water leakage in the floor below us. And while it affected the apt below more I’d like to say it’s obvious that the managers are not getting it fixed properly as it continued to cause problems tenant after tenant as I’m seeing in reviews posted here. Additionally the heat was always an issue - and they are not responsive at all. We also had a rat issue continuously.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building properly and maybe tenants will stay.

They don’t really care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not too many stairs and spacious rooms
Cons:
1. After contacting them several times regarding the heat, they turn it on for a few hours in the morning but never at night. The office is closed and there’s no super or manager to reach out to so you just have to sleep in your coat and gloves
2. They glued the sink to the cabinet so of course one night I’m washing dishes, my sink broke and water went everywhere. It’s been days , no response from anyone. I have called and emailed
Advice to owner:
You don’t have to go above and beyond but at least give the minimum essentials as outlined by the lease the tenants have to pay for EVERY month.
