Large but Mediocre
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated old building with central air (amazing!!). Exposed brick so you can be an iconic Brooklyn bitch. Quiet building and there’s roof access. Nice man cooks jerk chicken on the sidewalk by the building
Cons:
The woman begging for money every time I leave the building… or maybe the landlord not coming to fix water bubbles in my ceiling or fire alarms that broke and we’re going off for 5 days straight in 15ft ceilings. Can’t decide
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to the phone calls and get a more attentive super!!

Good place but not amazing either
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice size John the neighbor sells jerk chicken right outside Usable laundry room Central air is great Nice city view Lots of light especially on top floor Trains close by
Cons:
A lot of roof leaking during the crazy rain storms There is not a ton to do in the area The grocery stores are expensive Awkward kitchen space The windows facing Manhattan get very windy and cold. I had literal ice in my windows all winter Management could be more responsive Raising rent
Advice to owner:
Put more maintenance into the actual building. The roof and the windows and things like that

Shitty management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors were nice and looked out for each other during covid
Cons:
Management will lie to you countless times. Offer you specific amenities and never deliver. They advertise the apartment as having a “roof deck” but onxe you move in they give you a hard time about using the roof and throw away peoples personal items from up there. The ppl that clean the building are great but management had been informed about the washing machines not working and hordes of flies in the basement and they never adequately resolve it
Advice to owner:
Your tenants would stay longer and complain less if you got your shit together. There’s so much turnover in the office staff no one ever responds about complaints or issues

Advice to owner:
