Worst Landlord Ever.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Central AC, very nice Super, natural light
Cons:
there were flies with maggots in them that were NEVER taken care of (i have proof), landlord never relocated us even though there was a FIRE in the building and our apartment was leaking in like eight spots, always had a leak in the light fixture in my room, black mold in air vents among other areas, apartment was not cleaned when we moved in, dangerous neighborhood, security deposit will only be returned when a new tenant moves in AND you have to threaten legal action
Advice to owner:
start caring about your tenants more than money. we breathed in so much mold because of your negligence. you’re a filthy human being who shouldn’t be responsible for anything other than yourself. if you have kids, i truly feel so bad for them. we still have nightmares because of you.
